Unlocking Red Sea Port Permit (For Portugal / Portuguese Players)

About Port Permit Unlocking

Port permits are unlocked by your fame level or upon completion of School.

The Red Sea Port Permit will be granted automatically from the Guard at the entrance to the Castle/Palace/Doge Estate in the player's capital city once you reach the required fame needed to obtain it.

Note 1: You will need less fame IF, and only if, you follow Portugal's story line.
Note 2: It's NOT an automatic achievement. You have to talk to the guard (as I said above) to unlock the port permit. You may need to talk to him more than once if you have more than one permit to receive.

How do I get more fame?

Fame can be obtained in a lot of ways:

• Investments.
• Production.
• Quests.
• Sea and land battle.
• Selling specialty goods to the market keeper.

If you want to get fame very fast, you should buy EA goods from players and sell it back to the market keeper. There are usually player bazzars in busy towns like Seville and London, usually around the Market Keeper.
