Brief Nation Overview (And the best starting nation for you)

Are you looking for the best starting nation?

Well the answer is subjective as each nation has its pros and cons.

What I can tell you is what each nation is best at. Then you decide which one is best for you taking into account your gameplay preferences and strategy:

• Spain / Seville is the trading capital of the world.
• Portugal favors cookers
• England favors casters
• Netherlands favors sewing
• France favors Nanbaners (Late game high profit trading)
• Venice favors art and fabric trading
• Ottoman favor piracy, removes disguise requirement and allows the Suez - Basra carriage (Not available for beginners). The carriage is also very useful for adventurers wanting to save time between trips.

Note: Each country has a different "scenario" or nation storyline. It works like a game on its own and you can play it through all by yourself. You will probably want to make a character or toon in each country to play them all.
