Unlocking East Coast of Latin America Port Permit

This port permit is unlocked by an Imperial Quest.

About Imperial Quests

Imperial quests are obtained in your Castle/Palace/Doge Estate or in your nation's councils around the world.

It works just like a normal quest but you will get Patriot Awards as a reward.

There are a around 5 type of quests to choose from but there is always one that is easier (Talking to people or delivering goods to a NPC)

Requirements

You should have obtained all of the fame based port permits:

• Northern Europe
• North Atlantic Ocean
• West Mediterranean
• East Mediterranean
• West Africa
• South Atlantic Ocean
• East Africa
• Red Sea
• Indian Ocean
• Caribbean Ocean

Quest location

Castle/Palace/Doge Estate in your nation's capital city

Benefits

1 extra skill slot (per aide you have). If you have 3 aides you will get +3 skill slots.

Instructions

1. Sail San Juan and talk to the port official (More than once).
2. Land in the landing point east of Cayenne and west of Pernambuco (Game will advise you don't have port permits and that's OK)
   
3. The stacked boulder is all the way inside, turn right on the entrance, then turn left at the first branch, go all the way down past dead tree, then turn left and follow the path down. In case NPCs attack you just run outside the ring. Or use your surveying skill and follow the map below:
   
4. After quest completion, go back to your Castle/Palace/Doge Estate to hand in the quest and receive the port permit.
