Grinding How to

Ironically any + items or even the +1 from the expert skill will slow your grind. So I prefer the Cartographer job.

In any case don't forget to equip a job that has Salvage as favored.

You should bring lots of timbet (For repair), food (For sailors), and vigour food (To refill vigour spent with skills).

Also it's important you bring a ship with lots of sailors! The more sailors you bring, the more efficient your grind will be.

What you should not bring is fleet members. Do it alone.

It's pretty obvious that you should do salvaging to earn salvage proficiency. But there is a better way.
