A permit that allows usage of skill notes for 30 days

Up to 5 extra skill slots and bonus to proficiency gain for those you selected.

Quoting ReaD:

The 'Skill Notes Usage Permit' is an NC item that enables you to learn 5 additional more skills, more than the maximum number of skills you can learn at max level. The skills added to the 'Skill Notes Usage Permit' will be excluded from the maximum number of skills you can learn, and you skill mastery will be increased by 10% as well.

You can change the skills added to the Skill Window and 'Skill Notes Usage Permit' as many times as you want, but you native language can't be added to the 'Skill Notes Usage Permit'.

✶ You won't be able to use the skills added to the 'Skill Notes Usage Permit' when the item expires. In addition, while the skills in the 'Skill Notes Usage Permit' can still be moved to the existing Skill Window, you won't be able to create new ones.
