How do I share quests with other players (or alts)?

Why share quests?

The main reason is to help new players get what they otherwise couldn't without a long grind. I'll give an example of myself:

I remember when I joined my first guild as a new player, the leaders asked me what I do (or like doing)  and I said adventuring, quest etc... and they imediately invited me to London and I got the thief quest and completed it without ever leaving London (They handed me over the mat needed).

At the time I didn't really understand what was going on: I didn't have the requirements and they weren't very good at explaning due to the language barrier (They were from Thailand). In the end, I was amused because I had the job I wanted (Unlock expert) with NO effort! Excellent way to help beginners that want this kind of help (The only problem is that I'm the kind of player that likes to earn it by myself).

OK enough talk, let's answer the question.

Before you start:

First things first, at least one player (or alt) needs to meet the quest requirements. Also, sometimes there are pre quests that every player needs to complete as well (Quest List).

Quest Sharing Process:

Step 1: Get the quest with one player (Guild or mediator).

Step 2: The player who got the quest needs to be (or become) the fleet admiral. Invite other players to the fleet so they can also get the quest.

Step 3: Each player, excluding the fleet admiral (Because he already has it), must speak to the quest giver. The quest should appear at the top of the list. If it doesn't, check the status screen for an error message (Usually missing a pre quest).

Completing the Quest:

In most cases: When the fleet admiral (Or fleet member) finishes the quest, all players within the fleet will receive the "quest complete" notification simultaneously.

Trading quests: Sometimes each member must deliver a specific item or trade quantity to finish the quest.

Reporting the Quest:

Each player needs to report the quest individually. Doing it a fleet is advantageous as it may give bonus XP or fame when others from your fleet report their quest.

Tip: If you are just helping somebody else you may drop the quest when the person doesn't need you anymore (Like "leeching" your tactics skill level in the shipwright quest).
