Well, there are many ways to repair your ship, ship parts and sailor equipments.
How to repair your ship's durability
You can repair it with timber (bought in the docks) and a skill or a consumable.
- Time sailing (Slow but cheap)
- Repair Skill
- Carpentry tools (Cheap and bought from some Pedlars in major towns)
- MCCT
- LCCT
You will typically only let your sailors repair it "with time" when you are not in immediate danger and your ship's wave resistance is good enough for where you are sailing.
In most cases you will want to use your skill or a MCCT or LCCT.

How to repair your ship parts
To repair ship parts you will need The Empress tarot card. You can only obtain it from:
- Silver tarot
- Shining Tarot (The Empress)
- Princess Marguerite (Nantes) - low chance of getting it
- Veronica Franco (Ragusa) - low chance of getting it
You can read about tarot cards here.
How to use the card
You have to be sailing (And no disaster / storm / seagull) to get your ship parts repaired when the "effect" (which is the card showing in your screen) wears off. So be outside when "the empress" is about to expire . To be safe, stay less than 10 days / minutes outside (The card starts blinking in the last minutes).
It may be hard to get (25% chance if the silver tarot is used) and lasts a while (3 hours) but when it does wear off it repairs ALL your ship parts (Up to 25%).
How to repair your sailor equipment
Sailor's equipment will lose durability while at sea and after use (in some cases). You can repair them with:
