What is a Battle Report?
Battle reports are quests just like any other. You take them in mediator.
What makes them special is the quantity of XP you get from it and the bosses (Formidable enemy) you may fight in the way.
They are one of the quickest way to earn battle experience and battle fame if you follow the instructions below.
In a nutshell, you have to sink up to 200 ships and up to 4 "Formidable Enemies".

Where to get this Quest
Here are a few places you can get the "Battle Reports":
Capital Cities (Amsterdam, London, Lisbon, Seville, Marseilles and Venice)
200 ships sank and 4 formidable enemies defeated: 26k XP and 20k fame (Per toon)
Genoa and Stockholm
200 ships sank and 4 formidable enemies defeated: 35k XP and 29k fame (Per toon)
Santo Domingo (Antilles open sea)
200 ships sank and 4 formidable enemies defeated: 41k XP and 35k fame (Per toon)
Aden, Zanzibar

Tips & Tricks
- You can turn in the battle report quest as soon as you sink one ship.
- The more ships you sink, the more experience you get.
- When you defeat a formidable enemy, the experience you get from each ship sank will be proportionally higher.
- Strong enemy, weak enemy, doesn't matter. They all count as 1.
- If you defeat a fleet of 3 enemies but only sank 1 ship (The flagship), then only the ship you sank will count as a "kill".
- Fame earned was nerfed a while ago. You still earn fame for every fleet mate's quest turned in (Extra / besides your own).
- There is a limit to 3 levels per quest reported. Plan the number of enemies killed accordingly.
- Redoing the same battle report may need a "quest reset". Just take and complete any other quest and return.
- Most people fleet and use Amulet of the Sun (AOS) to speed up the sinking of ships.
Battle Report HQ
Battle Report HQ is a simple tool designed to tell you details about each sea zone and quest:
- Mediator Location (Where to get the quest)
- Difficulty (Star number)
- Formidable Enemy Ship class
- Helps estimate experience, fame and ducats earned.
Players should learn how much XP is missing for the next 3 levels and calculate how many ships you should sink before reporting the quest.
Sinking more ships then necessary is a complete waste of your time. It's better to report and retake the quest if you want more XP.
So just put in the tool how many ships you intend to sink and it will give you an estimate amount of XP, Fame and Ducats to be earn when reporting.
